Make yourself at home.
The Dalton Seventh-day Adventist Church offers a variety of ministry opportunities, both to our community at large as well as within our church family. In all we do, we long to provide loving service to others as He gave His life for us.
We invite you to join us for Bible study and worship any Saturday morning. When you arrive at church on a Saturday morning, you might be greeted with a hearty “Happy Sabbath!” That’s a traditional Seventh-day Adventist greeting expressing our appreciation for your presence, and our gratitude for the sabbath rest this day contains.
Our Bible study time on Saturday morning begins at 9:30 AM and is called “Sabbath School.”
If you have a child, ask a greeter where the appropriate children’s class is meeting. Once you’ve dropped off your child, you can join the adults who gather for a few minutes in the sanctuary for the Sabbath School class there.
Sabbath School ends at 10:30 AM, with a short break prior to the worship service at 10:50 AM. This is the time to go pick up your child, then make your way back to the sanctuary.
At our worship service, we sing, pray, and hear God’s word. Our music is typically hymns and praise choruses, accompanied by organ or piano. The sermon typically lasts 30-45 minutes, and we generally wrap up around 12:20 PM.
If you’d like to connect with someone for prayer or conversation, stick around after the service. We’d love an opportunity to get to know you a little better.
Can't make it on Saturday morning? Looking for other opportunities to connect with fellow believers? Join us at any of these upcoming events!
The Dalton Seventh-day Adventist Church is a diverse family of believers growing in the love and power of Jesus Christ. "That I may know Him" is our prayer (Philippians 3:10). "Go ye therefore", "Preach the Word", and "doing for the least of these My brethren" is our mission (Matthew 28:19; 2 Timothy 4:2; Matthew 25:40). We would love for you to come join us in this amazing journey.
